Carlton Frigh, born in Ottawa, Ontario to recently immigrated English parents, spent his formative years in Stowe, VT, and currently resides in nearby Hyde Park, VT. With over 20 years of experience, he served as a professional ski patroller for America’s oldest group, The Mount Mansfield Ski Patrol. Additionally, Carlton dedicated 30 years to volunteering as an EMT on local ambulances. His extensive career spans over 40 years as a builder, contributing to the development of Stowe and its surrounding towns. Through his varied roles, Carlton has demonstrated a commitment to public safety and community development with compassionate, leaving a lasting impact on the region.
